Personal Channelled Guidance

Greetings dear one we are here to guide and support you as you now move in vibration and

begin to align with SOUL purpose. We are the energies that wish to be known to you at this

time as AA Metatron. We come to guide in relation to all that is now unfolding around you and

through you so that you may now have a better understanding of the energies that are at work

within the energy signature that you are in TRUTH.

We wish first to focus on that which is dissolving, for you now move in vibration and as you

move then those around you may now try to place you back into the roles and the situations

that you are moving out of. None of this is done intentionally on a conscious waking level and

we guide for you to anchor this and to accept this. Please process all of our words through the

heart space for the heart KNOWS TRUTH. Those who now work to move out of your human

life experience have played the roles that were asked of them at SOUL level, they have now

completed this part of their journey so now move on. This may appear to you in the 3D overlay

as misunderstandings, drama and sudden movement from you. This is a part of the process

that now works to bring you to where you were always to BE for the new earth energies do not

support the lower 3D earth energies in any form. That which was never TRUTH is now

dissolving and we ask for you to accept this and to work WITH THIS. Holding on tightly to

people, places and events out of routine or the teachings of the old earth will see your vibration

wildly see-saw giving rise to various physical symptoms and may give rise to a sort of “holding”

pattern that will see you move slowly if at all, going through the same dramas over and over

again.

KNOW dear one that drama has no place in the human life experience, it is born out of the

lower 3D earth energetic landscape and works to lower human energy signatures. Nothing is a

“test” for that is a distortion put in place to cause more confusion for those who are going

through said drama. YOUr SOUL now asks for expansion and growth and for SELF to align

with SOUL purpose and that is the process that is now underway. Dear one you walk the earth

in what is termed for clarity the role of “EARTH ANGEL”, you are coded with all the necessary

codings that allow those around you to move in vibration. This may appear as confusing for

SELF as your logical mind tries to work out that which you “do”. But in essence is YOUr BEing

that is doing the work, do our words resonate dear one? Do you understand the guidance? As

an earth angel the work is done through your very BEIng, you need only be in the same room

as another who is in pain to start to heal that pain and it is vital that you now take steps dear

one to begin to work to clear and cleanse your energy signature. For you may start to believe

the teachings that are trying to teach that the emotions you are feeling all belong to SELF, this

is not always TRUTH for you are processing the emotions of the humans around you very

often, it is vital that you are able to recognise your emotions and those of others and to make

the distinction between both.

As the new energies now heighten and as you begin to anchor these more fully within your

human vehicle then the patterns that have kept you locked tightly within the old earth energies

will come up for dissolving. Anything that is not TRUTH will become highlighted to SELF and

the opportunity now arises for deep healing and cleansing. YOU are asked to step fully into

your power and to connect with the angelic realms for further guidance and coding. We ask

that you join us in the meditation exercise we have outlined within this channelling in order to

align with our energies and to illuminate the path beneath your feet. For you are asked to walk

the new earth in TRUTH, all baggage as it were must be dissolved before walking the new

earth.

We ask that you process our words through your heart for the HEART KNOWS TRUTH even if

the human logical brain is unable to comprehend it at the moment.

We ask that you join us in this exercise where we will connect and work with you further. We

ask that you find a place to lie down comfortably and close your eyes. Focus to begin with on

the breath for often humans do not allow the human vehicle to gain adequate oxygen. Long,

slow, deep breaths will fill your lungs with oxygen, on the out breath hold the intention to

breathe out all that no longer serves. Continue to do this until you can FEEL your human

vehicle begin to relax and to soften.

Then take your attention to your feet and allow yourself to grow long, golden roots deep down

into mother earth. Visualise them growing long and golden and reaching to the centre of

mother earth, at the centre of mother earth sits a huge sparkling diamond, connect your golden

roots into this diamond and FEEL the energies as they rise up through your feet, your legs and

into the main trunk of your human vehicle. FEEL the strength that mother earth gifts to you in

this space, she hears you and she sends you energy to re-vitalise and to ground you. She

may also gift you with a symbol or a sign, please know that you will remember all upon waking.

Next take your attention to the crown area just above your head and visualise a huge golden

ball of energy. See it sparkle and glow and when you are ready pull this energy down through

the crown and into the brow, the throat and into the heart space. Here this energy will mingle

with the energy from mother earth and the two energies will find balance within your human

vehicle. Please honour any FEELings that arise for you as you do this exercise dear one,

ALLOW the balance.

We will join you in this heart space and you may FEEL our energies step forward, you may see

colours or FEEL energies, relax and BE dear one. We ask that you visualise a path beneath

your feet, see it glow golden and then follow the path, the path leads through a forest. As you

walk through the forest take a moment to look at the trees, are there birds on branches? Are

there any animals that come over to greet you? move slowly through the forest and TRUST

that you are safe, loved and protected at all times dear one.

As you walk through the forest you notice that the path begins to bend and before long you are

walking alongside a small stream. Notice the stream and how the water follows the contours of

the land, as you walk along you come to some steps that lead you towards a bridge, this

bridge crosses the stream and we ask that you meet us upon this bridge. This bridge is the

connection to our realms, you may come here as often or as little as you wish. As you stand on

the bridge then a guide from the angelic realms will meet you here, they will take the form that

is most appropriate for you to recognise. If the guide indicates for you to follow them then

please do and walk with the guide as they communicate with you and through you. When the

communication is ended and you wish to return to your waking human life the guide will take

you back to the bridge. Know that as you descend the steps then you are moving further from

the connection and closer to your human vehicle. When you reach the bottom step simply

open your eyes and move around to come back to full waking consciousness.

We ask that you TRUST and have FAITH in SELF at this time. We also ask that you begin to

journal your experiences so that you may have the information to hand should you require to

revisit it again. Journaling in this way allows us to communicate in different ways with you as

communication is part of your life purpose in this your human life experience upon planet earth

at this time.

 

 

The role of earth angels will be clarified as your journey progresses dear one, our channel is

more than aware of the role of earth angels and we guide for you to see SOUL family when

you look at her for she has sent out the call to the earth angels who have incarnated in order

that they now align with SOUL purpose and SOUL GROUP purpose for the new earth now

calls and much work is now to be birthed through and around the earth angels.

This is the calling from your heart space dear one, we ask for you to process our guidance

through the heart and to FEEL TRUTH. Much will shift and change for SELF at this time,

KNOW THIS and embrace the change for it is now moving to the new way of BEing, YOU are

moving to the new way of BEing. As you work with our energies then the path beneath your

feet will be illuminated brightly.

We ask that you breathe and that you BE for YOU are WE and WE are YOU, I am the

energies that wish to be known to you at this time as AA Metatron and I send much love to

you, may it wrap around you, flow through you and around you and may you recognise that in

TRUTH it IS YOU. BE.
